Mevn.ai Zoom Integration Guide

1. Adding Mevn.ai App to Zoom

Prerequisites:

• Zoom account with admin privileges or app installation permissions.
• Active Mevn.ai account.

Steps:

1. Go to the Mevn.ai Zoom App Page (provide your hosted link).
2. Click on "Add to Zoom".
3. Authorize the app and grant necessary permissions.
4. After authorization, the app will be successfully connected to your Mevn.ai account.

2. Creating a Zoom Webinar in Mevn.ai

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Create Live Interactive Session page.
2. Fill in the session details: Title, Description, Date, Time, Time Zone, and Instructor.
3. Select Zoom as the conference tool.
4. Enter the Presenter Link and Participant Link provided by Zoom.
5. Provide Meeting ID, Password, and any special notes or exit URL.
6. Click Save to schedule the webinar.

• Dashboard: Presenters and participants are displayed with live status indicators and search functionality.
• Whiteboard: Drawing tools, color selection, and doodler control are provided. The instructor can enable participant drawing.
• Multiple Canvas: Instructors can add layers, close canvases, and organize multiple whiteboards simultaneously.
• Quiz Interface: Instructors can create and preview quizzes or surveys, enable auto-forwarding of questions, and activate text-to-speech options.
• Stream Videos: Instructors can stream pre-selected videos or add stream URLs, and broadcast directly to learners.
